Jason has spent 24+ years inside revenue functions, building scalable, repeatable growth engines for founder-led or family-owned B2B firms in the $2M–$15M range. He understands the founder journey firsthand: he co-founded, scaled, and exited two businesses early in his career before moving to the operator side.

Most of his work since has been inside the business, not on top of it. He's been hired by founders, CEOs, and managing partners to step into stalled revenue engines and rebuild how growth actually gets produced, across marketing, sales, and customer success. Where most fractional CROs sit in the deck, Jason sits in the engine: diagnosing where the system is breaking, owning the redesign, and operating alongside the team until the curve bends back upward.
